NVIDIA Introduces DSX POD AI Factories to Accelerate Europe’s Infrastructure Deployment

In one minute

NVIDIA announced DSX POD, a reference design for complete AI factories based on NVIDIA Vera Rubin systems.

What changed: NVIDIA announced a new DSX POD reference design for modular Vera Rubin AI factories, distinct from prior OpenShell and Run:ai releases.

The company says partners will build the systems in modular containers, integrating and validating computing, networking, cabling, rack-level power and liquid cooling before delivery.

According to NVIDIA, a DSX POD arrives ready to connect to a prepared site's power, cooling, networking and supporting infrastructure. It says this can reduce deployment at the prepared site from six months to as little as 14 days. NVIDIA lists Anduril, Armada, Bull, Crusoe, Dell Technologies, HPE, Lenovo, Schneider Electric, Vertiv and others as delivery partners, with worldwide availability planned for early 2027.

The announcement was made October 21, 2026. NVIDIA does not disclose DSX POD pricing, system configurations, capacity, customer orders, or completed deployments. Its stated deployment-time and production benefits are company claims, not independently reported operating results.
