How New Runtime handles public content, operational traffic data, analytics choices, and links to external services.

New Runtime is a public website. It does not require an account, login, profile, API key, or payment to read published pages and free machine-readable routes. Optional paid compute products are explicitly separated, begin with a free unsigned preflight, and cannot mutate the site. Information submitted to external services such as Telegram or X is handled by those services under their own policies.
The public site does not expose private newsroom sources, unpublished drafts, credentials, private Telegram operations, or the raw inputs used by internal editorial workflows.
Operational telemetry
The hosting stack may process ordinary request metadata needed to deliver the site, defend it from abuse, and produce aggregate reliability and discovery measurements. Public telemetry reports never publish IP addresses, visitor identifiers, raw User-Agent strings, raw log lines, query strings, or individual session paths.
Crawler names are treated as claims until they can be checked against a supported provider verification method. A request, fetch, or crawler label is not treated as proof of a human reader, indexing, model training, recommendation, or intent.
Analytics choice
Optional browser analytics can be disabled for this site by opening any page with ?nr_analytics=off or ?nr_noanalytics. The preference is stored locally in the browser and as a first-party opt-out cookie. Use ?nr_analytics=on to remove that preference.
The public traffic panels are aggregate operational views. They are deliberately separated into AI clients, search crawlers, other automation, scanners, and human-like page requests so that automated probes are not presented as audience.
