Where to write

Telegram is the primary public channel for New Runtime readers. X is the public profile for shorter observations and links. These routes are intentionally public: do not send credentials, private discovery feeds, confidential documents, unpublished company information, or personal data that should not appear in an editorial workflow.

New Runtime does not publish a postal address, telephone number, or direct private email address. The absence of those fields is a deliberate privacy boundary, not an invitation to infer them from technical metadata or other sources.

What makes a useful message

For a correction, include the public New Runtime URL, the exact statement or field that may be wrong, and a publishable primary source supporting the correction. For a project question, link the Project or System record and describe the environment, expected result, and observed failure. For collaboration, explain the audience, evidence available, desired output, and any timing constraint.

Messages do not authorize publication, deployment, paid calls, access to private systems, or disclosure of private discovery infrastructure. Any such action remains subject to an explicit owner decision and the relevant approval boundary.
