Projects redesigned: from folder to conversation

Anthropic has redesigned Claude Code Projects as goal-driven coordination spaces: a coordinator can delegate work to parallel cloud-session threads, each with its own branch and repository copy, while project memory and a library retain context and artifacts over time.

The feature is initially in beta for select Claude Pro and Max users of cloud sessions, with wider rollout planned.
