Teams are declared in YAML, launched through a CLI, represented in a TUI topology view, and coordinated through direct messaging, broadcasts, and chatrooms.
The repository also makes its operational boundary explicit: setup and managed startup can write provider hooks, trust settings, workspace resources, and tmux configuration. Its value is therefore not another coding model, but a control plane for the sessions, roles, handoffs, recovery, and review practices around existing ones.
