LangChain's OpenWiki is an open-source, MIT-licensed CLI that turns a codebase and other knowledge sources into a linked Markdown wiki owned by the user. Coding agents use it to understand a repository, answer questions, and find context across related projects; people can read the same pages or explore them as a graph. For repository wikis it tracks facts back to source evidence, so updates can focus on what changed.

It runs inside Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, Kiro, IBM Bob, Oh My Pi, and Antigravity, using that agent's model session, or as a standalone CLI. Recent additions include linked workspaces searchable through MCP, parallel page workers, resumable updates, and output in the Open Knowledge Format. It is built on LangChain's Deep Agents.
