Coding agent sessions are becoming shared, cross-harness objects

In one minute

Delta now lets teammates share and join live Claude Code threads, and Ponte gives two developers' agents an encrypted MCP channel to message each other.

DeepSeek Harness can hand work to Codex or Claude CLI subagents, Vercel's HarnessAgent runs over every major harness adapter, and HumanLayer coordinates Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode and Pi across machines. Builders should plan for agent sessions that get handed off between people and harnesses, not ones owned by a single user in a single tool.
