Cline released Desktop v0.0.47 on October 16. The release fixes Marketplace plugins such as goal after version 0.0.46 could fail because the packaged desktop app omitted SDK packages imported by plugins.
The desktop app now retries a provider error that interrupts a streamed response up to three times before failing the turn. Cline also removed the Cloud sessions switch from Settings; the notes say cloud sessions are enabled wherever they are available.
The Cline provider now defaults to Gemini 4 Argon, which is also first in Cline's recommended-model list. The catalog adds Boundless and Standard Compute, while SambaNova defaults to MiniMax M3. The notes also list changes to recommended, free, and provider-default models. The release does not establish pricing, regional availability, or the practical reliability of the retry behavior.
