feat(mods): ui/stack-viewer — map every component of the session to the scope it is installed from

In one minute

The merged PR #1233 in `davila7/claude-code-templates` adds the `ui/stack-viewer` Claude mod.

What changed: Introduces a Claude Code mod that maps components by type and installation scope, showing precedence, active versus shadowed items, and data sources.

Its /stack command opens a side pane for Skills, Subagents, Commands, Hooks, MCP servers, Plugins and mods, Settings, Memory, and Output styles.

For each component type, the pane shows installation scopes in precedence order and marks entries active, shadowed by a higher-priority scope, or off. It combines session data from the /context breakdown, command and settings APIs, MCP-call provenance, and scans of configuration and project .claude/ files. The mod is observation-only; it masks sensitive settings values and credentials in hook commands or URLs.

The PR reports 14 of 14 tests passing on Claude Code 2.1.306 and 2.1.287. It also documents limits: built-in subagents are not exposed through the mods API, and nested .claude/ directories between the working directory and repository root are not scanned.

The source does not establish availability outside this repository's component catalog, nor does it establish behavior on Claude Desktop.
