Factory says Agent Effectiveness is now generally available in Factory Analytics for Enterprise organizations

In one minute

Factory says Agent Effectiveness is now generally available in Factory Analytics for Enterprise organizations.

What changed: Factory now offers Agent Effectiveness in Analytics for Enterprise customers, linking Droid sessions to delivery outcomes and work intent; prior Factory announcements covered Environments, Automations, and Delegations.

The product links Factory Droid sessions with cycle time, work intent, and shipped artifacts through Throughput, Output, and Attribution views. The announcement was published August 13, 2026 and updated October 22, 2026.

Organizations can connect Jira or Linear for project and issue tracking, plus GitHub or GitLab for source control. An administrator must enable the Advanced Analytics enterprise control. Local Signals classifies session windows for intent and completion, friction, and expertise; Factory says expertise is not exposed in a customer UI or API.

The feature is opt-in, off by default, and limited to Enterprise plans. Historical backfill requires Factory-Managed Inference, a supported inference region, session sync, and no customer-managed encryption keys. Factory says enterprise customer data is not used to train models. The source does not provide independent delivery-performance results or establish that Factory use caused changes in cycle time.
