Bad company data sends your GTM agents after the wrong leads.

In one minute

Firecrawl has published a benchmark of six company-enrichment APIs using 200 companies.

What changed: Firecrawl adds a company-enrichment benchmark: Apollo.io leads most fields, while Ocean.io leads industry accuracy.

Each provider was asked to build a company profile from its website. The comparison covers headquarters, employee count, founding year and LinkedIn URL; where available, it also covers industry, ticker and revenue.

On the four fields shared by all providers, Firecrawl reports Apollo.io at 89.3%, followed by People Data Labs at 80.6% and Ocean.io at 78.7%. Across all seven fields, Apollo.io scored 81.6% and People Data Labs 72.0%. Firecrawl says Apollo led six of seven fields; Ocean.io led industry classification at 69.2%.

The source also reports Apollo at 77.2% for employee counts and 82.8% for public-company revenue within 5% of filed figures. LinkedIn URL results were close: Apollo scored 99.2% and People Data Labs 98.8%.

This is a benchmark published by Firecrawl, not an independent audit. The source does not establish provider performance beyond this 200-company dataset, the freshness of returned records, API pricing, coverage, or suitability for a particular GTM workflow.
