AgentMicro is small, but it points at a real operator problem: parallel coding-agent work creates hidden state.
The product reads local session metadata and surfaces Codex task status from the macOS menu bar. It distinguishes thinking, unread result, needs input, error, and idle states, and links back into the matching Codex Desktop conversation. The site emphasizes local-first behavior: no prompt, code, response, or task-history upload in the base design.
This is the kind of thin control surface coding agents need before they become bigger platforms. The operator does not always need another dashboard. Often they need a reliable peripheral signal: which agent needs attention, which result is unread, and which session is quietly stuck.
