The company says the product is available now and is intended to discover, secure and audit access across human users, AI agents and machine identities.
The platform extends 1Password's enterprise vaulting system to usernames and passwords, API keys, SSH keys and environment files. 1Password says it can identify AI tools, local agent activity and exposed credentials on employee devices and in browsers. It can deliver credentials to agents and machine identities just in time, evaluating access when a secret is requested rather than distributing a long-lived secret.
The announcement names collaborations with Anthropic and OpenAI for agentic browser and IDE flows, plus integrations or partnerships involving Cursor, GitHub, Vercel, Natoma, Runlayer, Browserbase and others. 1Password says its audit trail records which credential was used, by whom or what, and when.
