Google AI Studio’s guide explains how subscribers to eligible Google AI plans can apply monthly Google Cloud credits to projects in AI Studio, including testing Gemini 4 Argon.

Google lists $10 per month for Google AI Pro, $40 for Ultra 5x, and $100 for Ultra 20x; Google AI Plus includes no credits. Grants accumulate and each expires 12 months after issuance. To activate the credits, users must set up billing in AI Studio and make a prepaid deposit of at least $5. Once activated, promotional credits are redeemed before the prepaid balance. Google cautions that deep thinking and multi-file edits can use quota quickly.
