Anthropic names Accenture as an embedded frontier-AI evaluator
Anthropic announced a non-exclusive partnership with Accenture’s Faculty AI business for embedded evaluation of its frontier models. The work is intended to include model evaluation and red-teaming, alignment assessments, and testing of safeguards.
Anthropic says embedded evaluators will receive access comparable to that of an employee, allowing them to observe training and deployment decisions and speak directly with staff. The two companies each expect to invest at least $1 billion over five years in capacity for this work. Anthropic will directly fund Accenture initially, while saying it is also discussing pilots with METR and other nonprofit evaluators.
