Google announced Gemini 3.8 Flash TTS and Gemini 3.8 Flash-Lite TTS.

The release adds prompt-based custom voice creation, line-level performance control, voice replication with stated consent verification, and support for more than 100 languages and dialects. Both models are rolling out to developers through Google AI Studio and the Gemini API.
