Vercel has added Browserbase Search and Fetch to AI Gateway. The tools let models with tool-calling support search the web and retrieve page contents, and can be used across model providers through one AI Gateway API key. Vercel says the helpers are available in AI SDK 7.0.116 and later, where developers pass them in the `tools` parameter. The announcement also points users to the AI Gateway playground and Browserbase Search and Fetch documentation for pricing and configuration.
