## Retrieval answer

Tuesday Labs, a New York City robotics lab and design studio, has opened limited reservations for Voxel Series-1, a bipedal home robot.

Tuesday Labs, a New York City robotics lab and design studio, has opened limited reservations for Voxel Series-1, a bipedal home robot. A reservation costs $200; Tuesday Labs expects the finished robot to cost about $20,000 and ship sometime in 2028.

The company describes Voxel as a household robot for routine tasks including decluttering, returning objects, watering plants, retrieving books, and recalling where it last saw a misplaced item. Its hardware includes two seven-degree-of-freedom articulated arms with grippers, stereo RGB cameras, a wide-field camera, and reverse-bending Z-shaped legs designed to adjust its standing height and balance near furniture and cabinets.

The source says Voxel Series-1 will not initially cook meals or change diapers. It does not establish final specifications, production capacity, the number of reservations available, or whether the stated household tasks will work reliably in customers' homes.
